RETURNS
We want you to feel confident with every REIINE purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for full eligibility details.
We're sorry if your order didn't arrive in perfect condition. If your product is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the item. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, you can request a return for an eligible product and place a new order once your return has been approved.
